Plato 'Laxe das Rodas'

-Plato de cerámica ilustrado con ilustraciones de petroglifos.

-Grupo de petroglifos grabados sobre bolos de granito, pertenecientes a la Edad del Bronce.

-Se ha interpretado como un calendario (las dos espirales principales), una altar de ofrendas para promover buenas cosechas, un conjunto de signos solares o la muerte o la fertilidad acuática y lunar.

-El conjunto de petroglifos consta de nueve figuras, que incluyen dos espirales y siete círculos concéntricos con grandes copas o cazuelas en el centro. La figura principal consiste en una espiral que gira hacia la derecha y otra más pequeña que gira hacia la izquierda; ambas tienen un surco radial. El conjunto de las dos espirales se encuentra rodeados de 65 pequeñas cazoletas.

-Otro grupo consiste en tres círculos concéntricos alrededor de una cazoleta y rodeado por 40 coviñas, cazoletas mucho más pequeñas, con seis más fuera. Desde la central, una línea se extiende cruzando los tres círculos, alcanzando el exterior.

-Medidas: 20cm de ancho por 24 cm de diámetro.

-Está realizado en gres con ilustración en tercer fuego. Es apto para lavavajillas y aguanta perfectamente el calor.

- Al ser un producto cerámico esmaltado no absorbe pigmentos y es fácil de limpiar, aunque se recomienda hacerlo a mano para mantener la ilustración en perfecto estado.

- Está hecho a mano, es un diseño orgánico y no es perfecto, ahí reside su belleza. Es una pieza única, pintada a mano. Pueden contener pequeñas imperfecciones e irregularidades fruto de su elaboración y decoración totalmente manual, lo que las hace especiales y diferentes.

- Group of petroglyphs engraved on granite bowls, belonging to the Bronze Age. -It has been interpreted as a calendar (the two main spirals), an altar of offerings to promote good harvests, a set of solar signs or death or aquatic and lunar fertility. -The set of petroglyphs consists of nine figures, which include two spirals and seven concentric circles with large cups or pots in the center. The main figure consists of a spiral that rotates to the right and a smaller one that rotates to the left; both have a radial groove. The set of two spirals is surrounded by 65 small cups. -Another group consists of three concentric circles around a bowl and surrounded by 40 potsñ , much smaller bowls, with six more outside. From the central one, a line extends across the three circles, reaching the outside.

-Measurements: 20cm wide by 24cm in diameter.

-It's made of stoneware with a third fire illustration. It's dishwasher safe and withstands heat perfectly.

- As it's a glazed ceramic product, it doesn't absorb pigments and is easy to clean, although it is recommended to do so by hand to keep the illustration in perfect condition.

- It's handmade, it's an organic design and it's not perfect, that is where its beauty lies. It's a unique piece, hand painted. They may contain small imperfections and irregularities resulting from their completely manual preparation and decoration, which makes them special and different
